This workout will only takes 4 days a week maximum 40 mins a day with 3 days rest. For 8 weeks with the last two weeks of getting shredded.

This is suitable for those wanting to tone up muscles and burn body fat. It comes with a programme, weight tracker and a meal plan.

There is a modifier to follow if you don’t have access to proper equipment.
