Founder of AV Fitness

I have passion for sports and fitness, I am often told that am an allrounder sport person. I have always been slim and no matter what I ate or how hard I trained. Changing lives is my passion! Nothing means more to me than seeing clients achieving their goals. I like to stay active and have enjoyed road cycling few years ago. I did a cycle challenge doing the Coast to Coast (Morecambe to Bridlington) June 2019 as part of fundraising for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. Raised £2200.00.

The most common thing people have in their lifestyle is dealing with nutrition, which does plays a part on your health and fitness. It’s not just exercises. You can lose weight without exercise for a start.
